This forum seemed like the most appropriate place to share these pics, but please let me know if it needs to be moved. B/S/T Thread | Feedback Anyway, I just got back into collecting Transformers this last July when a few friends chipped in to get me a Masterpiece Grimlock for my 30th birthday. Since then I've been slowly building my collection, focusing mainly on Masterpiece and third party figures. My gal and I are in the process of converting a beat-up, old, painted over, non-functioning fireplace in our apartment into a stage display for my bots. We both love to build stuff, and my big idea lately is to build a cool diorama on the mantle to pose and display figs, but haven't had the time. I work in the video game industry, and I'm just coming off of my busy season. After a kind of grumpy day at work, I come home to find she's created an amazing holiday themed set-piece on our coffee table! (click for bigger pics)  "Optimus was curious about traditional Earth customs," she says to me as my jaw hits the floor.  "Me Grimlock love ornaments!"  Huffer and Roller bring in some more decorations from the trailer while Soundwave plays some holiday tunes...  ...but looks like Lazerbeak isn't too fond of his new hat. What a grinch!  While every works, Breakdown is busy shaking the presents. Ravage is hoping for some Energon treats!  And, finally, Mini-Breakdown volunteers to hold up the tree topper. Hope the litte guy's arms don't get tired.  (laughs) Hope y'all got a kick out of these pics. I'm kind of in awe of everyone's little Santa hats. Thanks for letting us share and have a great holiday season!  |
