Hello folks! My name is Becca, I'm 22, and I live with my parents in a small town in England. As the only place to display my toys I have is my room, my parents very kindly worked with me last year in decorating/remodelling it into the perfect nerdcave. I did take some pics then, but a year later I think they're a little out of date. :lol

My collection is nothing special, but I'm proud of it and I hope you enjoy having a goosey around. :)

To start with, I'd like to show you a birthday card my mum made me for my 22nd. Mostly because it made me laugh and is still the best thing I own. And she managed to remember some names from my incessant prattling.

    Anyway, onwards!

When you first enter the Nerdcave, you hit a small bookcase from Argos. This is where I keep my taller TF's (except MP Grimlock), all of my Doctor Who figures and my favourite DVDs.

That green shoebox and the faux-book box are where I keep all of my weapons and accessories.

I singled out Hel because I love having her figure. Metropolis is my favourite film (produced in the 1920's by Fritz Lang) and when I got her in my stocking one Christmas I freaked out. :lol

Those are the Rage Over Cybertron repaints of 'Bee and Prime.

Next to this bookcase is another, bigger one. This doubles as a "to-read, to-read-read" book storage system as well as being dotted with TF's.

Above this bookcase are a series of shelves. These make up the bulk of my CHURG and DOTM collections.

    Some DOTM detail:

I know, ROTF Voyager Megatron in the back of that one. :lol  The figure next to him is the DOTM HA Bumblebee.

    Next is the CHURG detail:

Grappel has Reprolabels, as does Wheeljack below.

I love the PE Shadow Warriors. =3

The next shelf is more CHURG.

    Highbrow is ace. <3

Cliffjumper is hiding behind 'Bee there, and apparently Flak snuck up two shelves...

The top row belongs to Seekers.

Skywarp is the odd one out as he is a Henkei.

Don't tell Starscream, but the Coneheads are my favourite Seekers.

Opposite these bookcases is my desk. The paint smudges are because I use my desk for the occasional custom. My main computer is my MacBook White, but the PC you see there I built myself to play SW:TOR and WoW on, as well as some stuff from GoG.

Hovering on the Xbox is my custom DOTM Buzzsaw. She's not finished yet.

Between the bookcases and the desk is my bed. If you sit on my bed and look directly across to the door...hello Detolfs! :D

These Detolfs are where I keep all of my TFA and G1 stuff, as well as a few CHURG Legends and the remnants of my TFTM/ROTF collections. There's also an SPD Megazord there because I can't get rid of him. =/

    Detolf #1 (L):

Takara Elite Guard Prowl is hiding behind my Crystal Prime.

Leader Class Megatron was the first Transformer my parents ever bought me. I was 20 at the time. :lol

Desert Tracker Ratchet was the first Transformer I bought myself at retail (Sainsburys), along with Robot Replicas Ironhide and ROTF Voyager Megatron. Also I had no idea Sharky had fallen over until I looked at this photo. XD

Thundercracker, Prime and Cheetor are all broken. A friend found them at a local carboot sale and picked them up for me because he knew I don't mind junkers.

    Detolf #2 (R):

    Custom Wasp by me. =)

    My G1(/G2)/HOC/SCF shelf.

This shelf needs organising. The CHURG legends will go onto my CHURG shelves and the DOTM legends will go onto the DOTM shelves. ...Somehow.

That Galvatron was my first custom. The shows are Niketron and Prime...shoe, and that Megatron was a DOTM-inspired custom by a guy on eBay. He's ace.

Finally, the last photo. As you can see by the clock this post has taken almost an hour and a half to write. :lol  This is my bedside table, and I keep all of my "new" figures on there so I can fiddle with them. Prime FE Starscream, RiD Cliffjumper and Cyberverse Prime, Classics Grimlock and Mirage.

Also that picture on the wall was a my birthday card from a friend when I was 14 and heavily into Thunderbirds. lol.

There's a lot of empty floor space in the middle of the room that the photos don't convey. :lol  Two people could easily lie down side-by-side in it and still have lots of room to spare. :)

:lol  Oh, also wanted to say I love that card your mom made you. Did she fill in all the little phrases? It's really cute.

Yeah, she did. I knew something was up because she kept randomly pointing at my figures and saying "what's his name? What does he do? Which side is he on?" I thought at first she was showing an interest in my hobby, but nope, hilarious birthday card instead. She also signed all of my presents that year from various 'Bots and 'Cons, but the labels got thrown out by accident. :/

That's so cute. :lol  One of the best TF-related gifts I've ever seen.

In a way she was showing interest, though. Otherwise she wouldn't have spent the time to do that for you. Which is really cool. You're mom sounds awesome. ^__^

She is. We're both collectors - she collects Daleks from Doctor Who - and so we both support one another's addic- hobbies. :)

The world needs more mothers like yours bro! Great collection!

The only thing my dad helped me was getting a Detolf shelf and DOTM Skywarp, while my mum just got me a TF1M G1 Repaint Jazz though. :)

I love when people caption their pictures. They're always so much more interesting with an explaination. Love the collection and love the setup. You've done a lot with so little space.

Oh, and regarding "Prime shoe", I'd personally go with "Hightoptimus Prime".

A lot more figures than I had when I was 22, heh.

What Batman is that one in the final picture? Not a Hot Toys one, or is it?

Cheers - he was my second custom ever and it took ages to do the head. :)

    Preaching to the choir! :lol

Well, I've only been collecting since 2010...ahem.

The Batman is a...uh...huh. I just realised I don't actually know. Mum saw me drooling over him in our local comic shop and bought him as my main birthday present in 2007 or so. (He was on sale).

*does some research* Oh yeah, it is! That's so weird, I'm actually saving up for the Hot Toys Christopher Reeve Superman right now.

Thank you! The captions just come from verbal diarrhoea, I think. XD And I love that name. Hightoptimus Prime it is!

To everyone else, thanks for the positive comments! :)
