yes I did, I painted the yellow part silver and then put clear yellow over it and it made a metallic gold finish, I also did the pink one as well but with just paint markers. I made them while my other customs were drying. They were fun to make, the pink one is murder bee and the gold one is killer bee LOL

Thanks man, they are easy to make and fun. My current project is a classics style Ultra magnus.

Cool man! looking forward to checkin that out when you finish and post pics! Wish I had some artistic ability and time to mess around making customs. Sadly I have very shakey hands due to multiple breaks and fractures to my hands, fingers and wrist.... So I enjoy custom TF's through the many talented customizers here at TFW!! and I'm OK with that

I am far from being an artist, what skills I have are from an auto motive back ground and i apply them to Transformers.
One thing you can try is just get some paint markers and do some touch ups and add a little detail to your figures. It takes very little time and can be rewarding.

5/18/12,
Adding a recent Custom I made that is almost done. It is Ultra Magnus made out of RTS Grapple with the use of G1 parts and a Junkion Blacksmith head master. The picture is kind of crappy sorry, it was taken with my I phone. I will update with more pictures when done with him.

adding Kreo's that I and my daughter built over the weekend. Also a Halo Cortana figure as well. I have a lot of new figures that I need to add to this thread and take pictures of. I will be doing it soon

update:
here is a custom roadbuster I made. I used the marvel Ironman cross over truck as a base.
The other is a Spartan VI from Halo 2 that I gave a repaint and a small mod to.
I will be posting more about them in the radcons section.
