I have limited space and I'm considering putting my bookcase display in the corner of the room next to the radiator. would it be a bad idea to put the bookcase next to the radiator?? With regards to keeping the integrity of the toys.
Gamer Tags:The radiator is very rarely used/opened/turned on, so any exposure to the heat would probably be minimal. Anyone with knowledge on this that could answer me would be greatly appreciated. T. XBL - MissionHillJedi PSN - Ton1573 |

The twine/thread is easily found in most arts and crafts or sport supply stores. I usually tie two lengths to the opposing horizontal bars of the interior metal frame, leaving a fair bit of slack in the middle. I then suspend the toys, front and back, by simply balancing them between the two lengths of twine; perhaps looping the thread around conveniently protruding limbs, wings or other bits to further secure and angle the toy as desired. It looks great for cons or bots in their sleek flight modes, liberates precious shelf space beneath them, helps fill the otherwise empty vertical space and makes the otherwise static display appear more dynamic. A spool of twine is certainly cheaper to acquire than additional shelving or acrylic risers if you're on a budget. Hope that helps. |
