If not My apologies but there was a vendor there this past weekend from new york, and he sold me a hand full of incomplete random G1's for a great deal, and he also had an enrgon strong arm in box and a built to rule demolisher, just as yours. Also one of the people at the the booth told me the owner of it had a couple thousand dollars worth of tf's in the car. If not, I really apologize, but its a crazy coincidence. XD

Ugh more MISB collections. How do you do it? I want to transform them all. Bless your heart for having the will power to keep them sealed. Nice items though.

I started collecting MI(S)B starting with Armada. This was primarily due to time constraints with both social and professional life. It all came down to free time. I didn't (and don't) have time to open my toys and play with them. I used to enjoy that part quite a lot, but times change.

Well according to Shmax, I have way more loose TFs than sealed ones:

    0.19% Graded
    32.88% Sealed
    8.27% Opened
    58.65% Loose

    :p

What a nice day today! After so long, I decided to try out an idea of how to clean the "muddy buddies" shown in this thread previously. It certainly worked out well, with getting 1/3rd to 1/2 of those dirty guys. Here they are drying in the afternoon sun:

Here's one of the sad victims found in the first box. Not sure whether it is my rarest or not, but I certainly don't have any other Diaclones.

Here you can check out the "pretty much" un-named Lamborghini Countach LP500S Police Type.

Here's a copyright stamp, and you can see the cleaning wasn't perfect but its good enough for me!

This one was in the first bin as well. Fared pretty good, I am glad the RID version has no electronics in it.

I've heard that putting figures in a dishwasher works fairly well with cleaning them as long as you get them out before the hot water cycle starts.

Yes I've seen those threads. I'm just pretty much lazy when it comes to TFs nowadays.

BTW, the Police Type up there is most likely the Italian version. I had originally acquired it in 2000 or so in a junker lot for $30. I don't think the guy knew what it was at the time...

Damn, bad luck on that flood, that would have been unbearable to see all those figs nearly destroyed. I know i'd take it hard since it's not a cheap hobby.

For the most part, the G1 stuff wasn't there. Its mostly junkers you can see in the "yard" pic, probably can notice the Ultra Magnus and Metroplex. All the good stuff was upstairs already, and all the bins floated. Only one bin went under, and that had RID Megatron and Cryotek... and Supreme Cheetor. xD
