The TF collection section of my toyroom is done. I still am doing the risers for the MOTU and the SW so those will come later. I started redoing this room in Oktober November and got it all done yesterday. So now (almost all G1 is up).

Encore and a few selected reissues are stored away. The BTs are also stored away. All my carded SW from POTF2 and forward to about EP3 is also stored away. All McFarlane stuff is stored away.

This room is dedicated to the major love of me that is G1 but also two other childhood lovers, MOTU and SW. MOTU and SW pictures will be upp later when I am done with those shelf. I just started collecting those lines last year.

Anyway on with the pics then. Everything is ORIGINALS..every accessorie, every papperbook and everybot. All bubble inserts are originals and nothing newproduced. Everything is pure 80s originals. Except of course Ehobby and Reissues.

The loose bots are the ones I have left to MIb/MOC up and hopefully can be done by this years Botcon.

    When you Enter the room.

Aalright lets get started on part 2.

We start of with Vintage SW. I collect SW and MOTU aside from TFs. I dont buy these as much as I do TF but I buy the occasionally one here and there. Unlike the TFs these I am fine with loose and in great condition. I am picky when it comes to condition. I also want a few carded SW and MOTU but that is a later thing.

SW: I have the whole display ready and I own by last count 48 SW vintage pieces. I have reserved space for 4 variations I want so the total will be 100 figures. Then of course the beasts and animals a few Ships.

    Top shelf ( 30 holders )

    middle section ( 30 holders )

    Third section ( 30 holders)

    Fourth Section ( 10 holders )

the last empty space is reserved for beast, animals etc etc.

    *****************************************************************************************************************

Now onto the MOTU shelf. I dont want much except the characters from the motu univers. I am skiping movie figs and just go by cartoon ish. Same here as with SW. I want a few carded ones, Mainly leaders as they are 4 on the top shelf and will have their carded versions behind them once I buy them. I am missing around 16 of them. I have 3 More comming in ( Snake Face, Horde Trooper and Mosquietor. ) Except the top section with the leaders every other section holds 12 MOTU figs.

And just because. I also buy the occasionally Sideshow statue pieces and These three are standing in the living room.

Sideshow comiquetts based on Olivettis art, Venom, Spiderman and Carnage (1/4 Scale)

I admire your collection but what I admire more is the willpower and self restraint you've exercised and are still doing on a daily basis not to open any of those boxed figures! Damn, they're sexy!!!!

thx alot guys. I am really happy with the outcome of this. I am though still needing the doors for the cabinetts and that is a costly sum as I need 13 doors and they are about 400SEK each ( 400SEK = 65 USD rhoughly)

I am currently doing the same thing. Moving the collection (hopefully for the last time but I doubt it). I decided to save up and get shelves with glass doors. I have the same feeling as you do. They are a must. Dust will collect very quickly. I am trying to find uv protected glass even though there is no direct sunlight in the room. More discussion in our group, check it out.
