OK, been promising this for a while so here it is. Not sure how this will work out as there are a LOT of pics. Just to aplogise for my poor camera and my poor photo taking skills.
Hopefully you'll be able to see all you need to.

Starting off with Animated. I just need Arcee, Cybertron mode Ratchet and the deluxe Megatron & Prowl 2 pack to be complete.




















These guys are still in their sealed boxes...for now.






Again, both are still MISB. I hardly open repaints unless it's actually in the form of an entirely different character.





That's it for Animated!

 

Now on to Classics/Universe/Henkei!

Still a few more I need such as Henkei seekers, Henkei Red Alert etc... Actually a lot more I need!!!












Couldn't get the UM & OP box cover to stay open for the photo, you'll just have to take my word for it that they're in there! And my City Commander is still MISB. Waiting for a special occasion to open them up!

Hound is still quite new so haven't had a chance to open him up yet. So much to look forward to!

G1 HO!

I would just like to make it perfectly clear I do not own ANY KOs, reissues or whatever. These are all the real thing. And all my boxes are complete with all inner packaging and are flap crease free!

Yes that is correct, I am a packaging snob  


Grail acheived. He is in beautiful condition and complete. Greatest Transformer of all time..?










You can probably just make out that Ultra Magnus is the painted face, rubber tyre version. He even has the tape holding his big robot head in the poly!






A couple more grails. These two together set me back more than my Fort Max! But they are in incredible condition and well worth it IMO.




Action Master Starscream is one of 4 MISB G1s I own. The others are Rollbar, Runabout and Runamuck who are all MOSC.


Curse the yellowing on Runabout's bubble!


Freeway's bubble is opened but complete with decoy and mini comic.




Actually this is also still MISB but I have another viewfinder and some reels loose so I'm not missing out anything.











God I love my G1s.

Anyway, quick look at my masterpieces next...

Just realised I never took any pics of Dirge, who I also have. Ah well, ya win some...

Might add him at a later date.

Skywarp is the only one I haven't opened yet. I like how they display and having already opened Starscream I'm in no hurry.

Not much to say about these guys (and gal!). Pics speak for themselves I guess. Really looking to add some more Premiums/Wonderfest/Lawson exclusives and Red Toshiba Vardia Starscream. One day, when I'm a millionnaire.

Lastly, but not leastly (see, I make up my own words!), here is my ROTF collection thus far. Hoping to add more as the new NEST lines are released in the UK.

Here's the final bunch of pics for the time being.


























Just to give you an idea of the set up of the room, this is the left hand wall as you walk in. The wall opposite is almost a mirror and has '07 Movie and Classics on it. You can just about see the bookcase by the door which holds my G1s.

The problem is I just don't have enough space!!! "cry me a river" is probably what most of you are thinking, but I'm so fussy about how I display my boxed figures. Need more bookcases to go in front of the window (to block even more of that evil, evil sunlight) and the unit the Masterpieces are on will eventually go along another wall under some of the shelves which don't quite reach the floor.

More pics will follow as I get round to taking more photos.

These are just my figures. I also have all 332 issues of the Marvel UK comic and loads of other bits and bobs like jigsaws (lots!), stickers and sticker books (I have a complete, mint and unused 1985 Panini sticker collection and a blank album), stationary, board games, posters and one very special item which I will save for another time...

But for now, would love to hear what you guys think.

I applaud your willpower in keeping everything MISB. It is something I could never do.

 

Oh do not be mistaken - the VAST majority of my collection has been opened! Just very very carefully! I have then replaced it in its box after playing and diplaying (!), including all twisty ties. Yeah It's time consuming and can sometimes drain the fun out if it a little, but I love the boxed display look so much that IMO it's worth it.

This way I get the best of both worlds.

The only ones I plan on keeping MISB are the G1s I mentioned, and the repaints from each line, maybe with the odd exception.

Usually if I know a particular mold really well, then I don't really feel the need to open the same figure again, just in different colours (a good example is Animated Roadbuster Magnus and Shadow Blade Megatron).

Sadly the obsessive completist in me will always ensure that I buy these figures, whether I open them or not!

Greatest condition Fort Max box I ever did see.

Still don't understand how you don't just run in to your TF room and rip all the boxes to pieces in a frenzy of cardboard and plastic.

Nineteen seconds later, gasping for breath, still running around with toys in your hands making 'pew pew' noises... how can you not do that?

As Supersquad says, I am, to my surprise actually working up quite a lot of saliva looking at those pics. I'm like Method Man over here.

 

Ah you're too kind.

And the reason I hold such self-restraint is purely down to the thought dwelling at the back of my brain that if I do just go in all guns blazing and decimate the place, I will only have to just tidy it all up again afterwards.

And I'm far too bone idle to do that!
