Apologise if you don't like seeing some of the displays from different angles. I'm moving soon, so I wanted to get a photogallery of how the collection looks "now" for reference.
Very soon I'll be uploading a video tour to Youtube. links coming.

Very very impressive, but I want to see you transform them now :D
hey it's better than mine, mine's all in boxes stuffed in every spare spot I can find, I can only keep 3 or 4 out at a time.

oh and I bet that's a bitch to dust :banghead:

wow, thats one impressive collection alright! its massive, and i love the stuff u got..
the displays, i know where ur coming from, ive got the same space/display issues too...
actually, the cluttered shelves of TFs squeezed in together reminds me of my own collections on my bookcase etc....except ive got 50 and u have like 10x that :D
    very very nice

jeezus...what a mess! I like it. especially Prowl and Warpath standing on top of Ratchet and Ironhide.

Nice collection. any plans for a....less cluttered display?

I think you have a very nice collection, and the computers' idea is nice, but I don't personally like the rest, especially all the stuff piled here and there, like 'bots on books, nes games on nes games and so on.

Thanks for looking, specific questions answered now:

It's easy to clutter once you start playing transfomer tetris. poor nightwatch prime, desert attack brawl, and rid scourge especially are lower blocks now.

before I collected transformers I collected gundams and old computers, which now makes them ancient computers. I could see trading out the c-64 and vic 20 for shelfspace. That could work.

Ha. yeah. ratchet and ironhide while complete want to take a lot of space in robot mode. at least you can see more figures this way. I think I'll annex a few more book shelves for now. or install shelves above the desk.

Yeah I'm not to discerning on where their displayed am I? I just want bots in my workspace at all times.

Nastalgia central. Keeping the classic computers I can see sure, but ugh those monitors need a quick and timely death lol. No ones ever gonna say, "hey you got a 30 year old, yellow stained 14" crt do ya?" If you want to run them all I'd go with a KVM or maybe some LCDs mounted on swingarms. Find a old server cabinet and stack all the old pcs in it an wire it all up. Nice collection of classic consoles and game equipment to. Could be made into a very nice retro gaming musem.

It does kind of look like your infested with TFs lol. I'd love to see someone with 3-400 insections all over the place like that. I really don't know of a good way to display that many loose TFs. Giant battle scenes are always nice but that would be one HUGE battlefield. A giant wall rack that had a little box to fit each one into like a curio would be kind of neat.

^ maybe I will post pics of the full classic gaming museum. To be honest I just included pics of nes, virtual boy, and dreamcast because they inevitably get in the shots. And I wanted see if that would bring out the nostalgia hounds to my thread. (apparently so)

I'll go through my pc game library which you can kind of see a portion of behind the robot heroes and see if we can make more shelves that way.

    Thanks for your interest.

    Technics Tape Deck

    Hey, Grimwing

I just saw you collection, but the one thing that really got my attention was the old Technics single Tape Deck. I have that exact same one and still have it! Doesn't work for the bands have long since rotted, but that thing was awesome when I had it.

As to the collection, a very nice collection of TF's indeed :D

On the other hand, if someone you don't like keeps bugging you for a monitor...

That is quite a eye for detail sport. Yes I read reallifecomics. Its just a habit, the page I have on the bookcase is greg deans hilarious esrb critique.

here it is, just clicked through the archives so I could show you.

I'll throw my junky mac monitors. The ones on my desk are cool.
    Hilarious sign. I did laugh.

That's a nice collection. However, I agree with the consensus that it's time to de-clutter (or store) some that stuff you don't need and invest in some nice shelves! I can't imagine what a pain it must be to dust all of those guys! And I know you say you have limited space, but it looks like you have space to grow vertically.

However, props for creative use of space!

And nice Vic-20. That was the first computer my parents owned when I was a kid.

Update 1. A good chunk of pics. I've been shopping, picked up my second set of the universe figures through wave 3. And a few alternators. Grimlock Wheeljack and Ravage.

I fixed some of the problems from my first showcase.
Namely that the robot heroes have their own space (below the g1s) and the g1 collection has completely consumed the shelf its on (no dvds in the way at all). Thanks to the metroplex I picked up for $60. Even had the instruction booklet, and the only piece missing is scamper's gun.

Thanks for the tips from those who commented last time. I impatiently look forward to enjoying more.
