A respectable start, I'd say.

I like the way you have things so neatly displayed.

When I see arrangements like this it reminds me of how much I need to better organize my own collection.

Perhaps when my new shelves are finished being built.

suprisingly, i think i got like maybe the BEST galvatron, i've only had about two parts fall off and he's more poseable then people said he'd be. i love it.

thats great then..i find him back heavy..and with the loose joints on the legs also, he's hard to stand unless u pose him in a kind of stride..i hope the joint fix works

Tryin something new, trying to be like miasboytoy i'm going to start posting hauls in a new post rather than the first post. I think it'll be easier to tell whats new and stuff.

Now business: I finally got my lazy ass to take some pics. I like what I've found lately so here goes.

Last weeks haul (9/3/08):
Target haul

Animated Swoop, Activators Bumblebee

Universe Galvatron

Alternators Rodimus happened to arrive from BBTS that same day (my last birthday present, 2 weeks after my b-day XD)

And I started a Hot Rod setup

Sorry, blurry pic is blurry

Saturday haul (my first Wal-Mart experience, see my other thread for details )
Grimlock and Premium Blackout

Both of these guys had been eluding me. I had never even seen a Premium Blackout till now, and the last time I had seen Grimlock was the first day Animated came out in the States and i decided to pass for a Deep Space Starscream. Wal-Mart, crazy customers and all, is pretty damn good.

On Saturday, I passed on Legacy of Bumblebee and it was nagging me ever since. My brain kept saying, "You really need to get that sum-bitch" Went back today and to my horror, the display was gone. Ran to the TF section- GONE! Frantically looked around and ... FOUND IT at the end of the girl aisle for some reason. The display just been relocated .
You all know what it looks like but just to proove:

I tried to search for the best but all of them were pretty jacked up. I tried to balance box condition, paint app, and figure position. Ended up with a pretty good box, ok paint apps, but they are in stupid poses. I wish there were a way to fix the poses but as long as the figs are good quality, I'm not going to open just to make animated BB look up and to make Premium BB lean back. I do like Classics BB's pose though. Not too worried about it anyway. I have an extra Premium BB now though.

So what you think?

Some of you might have seen my other thread where I mentioned I'll be going off to college and I have to pack my TFs away so my mom doesn't have to dust them while I'm gone. It was sad but I had one last bit of fun with them. I made the most epic scene (to my ability) and took pics. Creating this scene was too much fun. I just said, "Screw continuity!" Its just Autobot vs. Decepticons in a multi-verse free for all. Enjoy! (My 3 Hot Rods are notably absent. G1 didn't go with the scene. I really don't want Henkei Hot Rod's chrome scratched. Alternators Rodimus just told me, "Screw that. I'm too good to be in your stupid battle scene." What a snob!)

BEHOLD!

"MEGATRON!"

"PRIIIIIIIME!" (notice Jazz is dead on the ground with a mourning Bumblebee)

"Dark Optimus not king! ME GRIMLOCK KING!"

Optimus and Jazz team up on Starscream

"Me Grimlock have to choke a bitch?!"

Ratchet vs. Lockdown

I dunno if you can tell, but Bulkhead and Activators BB are sitting on Animated Soundwave. Bulkhead just has a big butt so you cant see Soundwave.

Half a BB killed Blackout

I saved this one for last because this is my favorite picture I've ever taken. BBs hand cocked back, ready to punch the shit out of Barricade just blows my mind away. I just love this pic. I wish Barricade was less monochromatic so that there would be more definition between him and Bumblebee's black parts. Then it would be perfect but in person, this battle pose is just so epic.

I forgot to do close ups on the following:

Animated Deluxe BB and Prowl vs. Lugnut

Universe Sunstreaker and Prowl vs. Galvatron. Prowl fought valiantly but was slaughtered by Galvatron, Sunstreaker then killed Galvatron and is shown with his fist pumped in the air.

Movie Swindle took Movie Movie Cliffjumper's head mid transformation. Swindle is shown high above a half-transformed, decapitated Cliffjumper admiring his trophy.

Ironhide and Ratchet are in a showdown with Deep Space Starscream from across the battlefield. The shot just didn't work. I tried to get an over-the-shoulder shot of Starscream with Ironhide's gun's shown pointing right at the camera but I didn't know how to use the camera. Starscream has one missile/hand pointed at Ironhide/Ratchet and the other pointed at Megatron. Sneaky, sneaky Starscream!

I had too much fun doing this. I'm a nerd, lol.

Now they will go away for nine months.
