These are the latest four Transformers toy galleries we've put online, and the latest four Transformers toys which we've purchased (I think) - which have arrived at least. First up is the unreleased Transformers Universe Smokescreen and Jolt toys. These are really really nice, though Jolt looks unfinished due to the face not being painted, and Smokescreen as a little damaged on the roof (noticeable by the missing letters in his name). We have the BotCon set on the way, and I think he could fit quiet nicely with those toys. The next is the Unreleased Generation Two Combat Hero Megatron toy, which we got last week. We um'd and ah'd about getting him for a while (first saw it way back in 1999), but we thought it would be nice, especially as we have the Blue Prime to go with him. I only realised today that we'd not photographed any of the regular Combat Heroes, or the mold-reuses of them. The final figure is the Gold Voyager Movie Prime toy, said to be one of the over 100 toys given away in the December issue of TV Magazine. We have that issues (actually 2 copies) coming with another 168 other back-issues of TV Magazine, TV Boy, Comic Bon-Bon and Hyper Hobby, from Japan to help us identify the exact origin of these campaign Transformers. That issue should hopefully prove of disprove the rumours around that toy, but in any case he fits well in our collection. We've had this guy for a little while, but I can't remember if we had it before we went to Japan or after.
We still waiting for concrete proof, but the figure appeared in the right month when the prize draw toys would have been given away, and matches the description we were given about the Transformers toy which was included in the draw. Once we get the magazine then we should know more.
I see you jump on the gold Prime. When i was offered it and the price the the seller wanted i said "no thanks." i still dont know why you got it..... look so fake and home made i hope you didnt pay the 1500 he wanted.................
