I think all AFA 85s is a realistic goal.

As of right now, there are not any AFA 90s or AFA 95s for most of series 1.

There are several more Non-gray bordered 84 toys out there floating around.

Starscream and Thundercracker, along with Mirage, Sunstreaker, Ironhide (not shown in the article), and Trailbreaker (who I personally owned until a few years ago) exist without gray borders. I don't think anyone knows for sure how many were released without the gray borders. I know there was a Prowl with a sticker correction on his tech spec, that I would bet was a non-gray border. A friend of mine had it years ago. Best of luck in hunting them down.
