AFAIK the only difference is the FunSkool toys have a FunSkool sticker on them. I had originally thought it was the Hasbro UK version of the packaging otherwise, but someone else thought it was the US. See here: link
I've never actually gone ahead and compared the packaging, but the toy should be the same as what you would buy elsewhere. Just something not many people have the helps remind me of my trip to India. Quote:

Yes. I helped organize and coordinate an effort to buy up enough MP SS toys for all the people who regularly post in the MN sightings thread. We had a list of like 19 people, 7 of which you can see in the pic that I bought for myself. We tracked shipments and had people waiting at the stores the days that they arrived.
