Heres what 4 years of collecting transformers gets you. I started collecting in 2011 when dotm came out in theaters. I remember taking my girlfriend at the time to see it and I remember how awesome and explosiony it was lol. It resparked my interest in transformers that I hadn't had since the armada series. My first transformer i bought was a dotm leader class Ironhide which I still have. My interest in transformers quickly went from the movies to G1 as I dived deeper into the transformers mythos. Without a doubt G1 is the best thing that has graced this earth. I love everything about it. I even based my collection on it now. I collect mainly season 1 & 2 transformers. I never really liked season 3-6 so I focus only on the 1984 cast. My room is divided down the middle. Autobots on the left, Deceptions on the right. I have my CHUGs on the desks with their G1 counterparts above them on glass shelves. I then have their masterpiece counterparts on the shelves in the middle of the room. I never liked detolf cases due to the collection being out of reach and the cost lol. I like my collection right in front of me at arms reach so that I can tinker with them. I hate the idea of cases. Reminds me of MISB collectors. I just don't understand it. I wouldn't be able to control myself. Hence my collection being readily available to be grabbed and repositioned. Thanks for taking the time to look at my humble collection. Im not very active on the boards but i always read posts on threads. Im more of viewer rather than a contributer and posting pics for the first time is kind of exciting. Im still missing a ton of G1s and other transformers so this is a work in progress. I wanted to post pics of my room once it was completed but since ill be deploying soon it'll be even longer till I get to finish it. Please post comments and suggestions on how I can make my room even better. Thanks!

Thanks you guys! Wish I had a better camera to take pics with to show off the figures more. Lol yeah every time I have friends over they never notice metroplex giving them the bird. I guess they are just overwhelmed by everything else lol. Glad to know I'm not the only one who displayes him like that. Great minds think alike. My wife made all the artwork while we had our long distance relationship. They mean a lot to me. The dinobots painting was the first painting we made together!
