Favourite alt mode?

For me, I have a hard time deciding between Ultra Magnus and Megatron. I love Magnus' heavily armed HEMTT mode because I see it as the natural successor to his G1 missile-toting car carrier. As the supreme leader of a ground-based army, there are few ways that Magnus can certify himself as king of the road than an eight-wheeled military transport. You don't mess with that.

Megatron really took me by surprise. I always knew that a gun mode was out of the question, and I didn't fancy yet another tank version of Megatron. The tilt-rotor attack copter is simply inspired. For one thing, it affirms Megatron's place in a aerial attack force. And the alt mode is just as unique as his G1 pistol, helping distinguish himself among the many jet Decepticons, as well as highlighting his signature fusion cannon. Besides, it kinda reminds me of Venom's helicopter Switchblade in M.A.S.K.

Kudos to the creators for obviously putting a great deal of thought into these alt modes!

Grimlock's T-rex mode is good, but Soundwave's Scion XB mode is better.

From the toys I have, I'd say Jazz or Soundwave.

From the show, Lugnut or Sentinel Prime. Maybe Blitzwing.
