Collection Count: Can't count Transformers, two Shinki, a lot of Bionicles (normal & customs), a few Gundams | Who says that CN won't do Transformers Animated? The only way they won't do it is if there's not enough ratings for the network to be interested in the program, and so they don't do it. TMD&C! CN from what I can tell isn't thrilled about the rampant piracy on it inspite of them offering it on jetstream, but otherwise they've been pretty happy about TFA. I honestly wouldn't expect any announcements from them though till late oct mid to late nov.
The focus right now is on building up to the Ben 10 AF season 2 premiere, then after that will probably come the TFA premiere. So they can back to back the new episodes like before.
YTV airing first has been a common trend since way back during beast machines. It just happens that way for some reason, has nothing to do with CN not liking the show. YTV also butchered the ending dialogue, CN didn't. And watching this on computers is the exact reason CN isn't thrilled about TFA. They are getting a bite taken out in favor of piracy, when they do offer legit streams domesticly, so can you blame them for not being happy? Especially since they only make money on the show itself, and not the toys, unlike ben 10 where they dual cash in since they own that show and line entirely.
4kids should never be allowed near TF again, ditto to any network channel. To many edits must be made to the action then.
It's perfectly fine on CN. They have the perfect amount of freedom for the usages we want to see, unless you want more jokes digitally removed like Rhinox's shell casings. |
