I am starting to feel the same way. There are a great deal of 3P figures that have come out recently (or will be coming out soon) that look fantastic...but this project might take my top spot. The fact that this is Planet X's first outing is astonishing. I think Genesis demonstrates that taking a risk on a new company does not always backfire and I hope that my purchase helps to finance more titans. I will do whatever it takes to buy them all.

 

+1! I don't know that I'm looking for any other mega-sized bots, but from all of the pictures I'm really happy seeing how this guy has turned out. HK Post says mine is leaving HK for the US tomorrow, so I'll get to play with mine soon!

Can you guys who have yours already post some pics of him standing next to / holding other figures?

 

Argh, it was SO easy to pass on this thing until I realized how close it was to the WFC model and now that in-hand pictures are coming up  . The legs and upper arms are still kinda thin in my opinion, but it's not like the video game model is any different  . Can you guys get any close up shots of the face? I see it's just painted over in metallic gold  

 

Contrary to what some believe, he does not weight that much. Maybe his shipping weight, but the figure himself only weighs 4.6 lbs.

 

Considering MP Soundwave weight less a pound (385 grams apparently), that's still a hell lot.

 

I totally agree with that...just adding "fuel" to people that want to say that PX lied about stuff  

 

Shipping weight, I have no problem believing that, I just got a whole shipment of Shinkenger stuff, the box was 26 pounds but the actual combiner weighs much less than that, probably around 8-9 pounds.

 

Only 4.6 lbs    

 

That is of course by the comparison of 8 lbs that it was originally thought to be

Thier is a rocket mode for those who are wondering, no modding or cutting required its built into the figure.

 

Just received mine. This thing is gloriously orgasmic and the packaging....I could imagine it as an MP WFC Exclusive type figure, wow. Anyways the outer box it comes in says 3.8Kg. So that would be including the whole package or is it referring to just the figure itself? I lifted the figure and it feels easily over a few kilos.

 

Bust out a scale if you have one, that's the only way to know for certain.
