anyone else have this issue?

 

The issue should be the same on all toys. Watching the Peaugh review it's not specifically mentioned, but when he slides the ramps back up into the legs (the review doesn't actually show him pulling them down) he has to push apart the sides of the legs to get the slots to go back onto the tracks in the legs.

I attacked mine with a Dremel and it's made quite a difference!

 

So.. which part did you file down? part of the grey ratchet? I do not own him yet but am seriously considering it... can you photo edit and point to it specifically, please? thanks!
