Its Official looks like Fansproject is doing all the Stunticons in G2 Colours!!!! Shown off by A3U at Cyberfest in Seattle

 

Meaning just the remaining 4 others or including mass produce of Kar Krash as well cause that would sux for those who "ooh ahh I got the exclusive Kar Krash".

 

Exciting stuff, too bad I passed on Kar Krash @ TFCon for this very reason: thought if they did release a complete G2 Menasor set that would be too much (moneywise + shelf space) for me.

Colours do look amazing though, especially dat Motormaster...as good as (dare I say, better than?) the original.

 

Are you sure those aren't customs? Because that doesn't look like the G2 Karkrash I got today. Ether way I really hope these happen and with a larger production run.

 

if they do a boxset i might be interested, but with everything else coming out now and sdcc i couldn't convince myself to get the carded kar krash at the moment

 

Sadly, not official. I asked the gentleman at the A3U booth, and he said they were custom pieces. This doesn't completely rule out the possibility of FansProject doing a G2 production of the set, but for now these are only custom.

Yeah, I thought those looked like Encline's...still hopefully enough people pester A3&U that they push for the other 4...I'll happily buy each of them the day they are released  

 

At Botcon, they had a G2 Breakdown at the A3U table and said that was a "custom" too, then look what happened.

 

No, because if they are mass produced it's already been said it won't be carded. So we still have ooh ahhh.

I can assure you these are 100% not official and were done by Encline, as was the one that was shown at Botcon. The one shown at Botcon is the same one that is shown here, just with more of the others that Encline has done. Encline has been working on these for a long time, long before the A3U Exclusive Kar Krash version showed up.

It does go to show why a lot of 3P companies end up with the same product at the same time. Thoughts and ideas start long before anyone sees concepts and prototypes. It is not too uncommon for many people to have the same thoughts around the same time. Too many people get the same thought at the same time and then you end up with 10 companies doing the same figure.

It is true that some new thought does need to be placed into 3P.
