    I was about to get all excited, then I saw the face.

    Don't quite fathom the point of doing an IDW-style Impactor and then totally not giving it IDW Impactor's face.

    Dude, really? I actually really kinda dug the alt-mode!

    It's recognizable as something we might have on Earth, but clearly a Cybertronian variant, and in adapting it, some license was taken with its form in order to ensure it could transform into Impactor...

    -- but the Impactor is damn near perfect!

    Plus, the "weirdness" of its alt-mode just makes it look unique; we've already got Bonecrusher, so why have another 'bot turn into a 'perfectly normal' bulldozer?

    I believe the alternate mode is intended as an homage to the Metal Slug series of games. Personally I like it, although I would prefer for the figure to be bigger (potentially the same size as MP-10, so he can stand shoulder to shoulder with the inevitable Masterpiece Megatron).

    Love it. Hope the face will be changed to look more Roche and less Milne, though.

    Also, the altmode works a lot better for Impactor, than Turmoil who is less Metal Slug and more siege tank.

    He is a friend of Megatron who is a miner before war, it is right about giving some construction vehicle elements to the alt mode.
    And he has toe joints , isn't that sexy?

    Don't know much about the character and dont have to, love the look of this and its MMC so chalk one more up to the want list.
