Yeah, I'll echo the sentiment that I'll patiently wait for FT's Grimlock. The boots that came with Scoria provide the added height I need on my placeholder while I wait for FT.

That's the KO MP-10 in the front page pic. Wonder if it's the same group involved. If so, Arafat may also be part of this, so maybe he's not done after all.

 

he's huge. might get it to hold me over until FT does there's but IMO MP grimlock.....is showing his age. this guy's head is as high or slightly higher than scorias dino head tip in bot mode...which might be ok. i don't have a problem with grimlock being a touch bigger. will i have 4 different mp grimlocks? (hastak, kok upscale, ft, and giga??) personally i thin thye should have gone just a touch smaller to scale with both giga's and ft

 

i think its collection kingdom. it was rumored long ago that the people working on the mp-10 ko were working on upscaled grimlock. going by that it seems to be collection kingdom. based on some cad models shown by mr. daca toys...i wonder if arafat did this one too.

 

I found three different sellers on taobao who were selling reservations to buy the toy. All had the same two pictures.

It'd be awesome if it has better colors/plastic than the milky-grey green-chested recent official release.

If it's the same ones that couldn't get an overpriced MP-10 KO right, then no thanks.

I get the scale arguments and all and it's great if people want to go that route, but that's just too damn big from a practical consideration. Maybe if it were a new mold I would be interested, but the existing MP-08 mold isn't anything that makes me want multiple versions of it.

 

Gotta say, I'm pretty interested in this! Grimmy being big and imposing is important to me, and this certainly fits the bill. I have Scoria and I adore him, so I am very interested in seeing what FT does with Grimmy, but that seems like a long wait right now. I think he's last on their list right?

for the right price this big boy will be a nice add to my collection... its so good to collect Dinos nowadays...

 

Looks ok, but I'll reserve judgement til I see color pics and price. $120 or less, maybe. But any higher, and I'd rather wait for FT's offering.

 

If it's a decent, fairly CHEAP price I might bite.

 

The last KO MP Grimlock goes for US $116.80 shipped so this one being bigger will cost more. Going by that, I will wait for the FT or Gigapower version. More interested in seing new designs than getting the old MP only bigger.

 

Hm. I suppose I could try to sell my MO Grimlock that I already have. I'm sure it'd probably fetch enough in the aftermarket to pay for this bigger one
