    What I want to know is why FP took so long to release Code with this more accurate color scheme. Makes it seem like a money grab with all the releases and color schemes Code has been given.

    This. I didn't get the new Code (the first is fine) but my Combes Robin came on Monday.

    Anywho... This thread is about Apeface... I hope TFCon has more news on him and his brothers..

    Fansproject seems to have taken quite a break on these function X guys. I hope they start coming out again soon.

    My new code and Combes robin will be here in a week or less hopefully. I have the original code and virus but absolutely love the mold so I bought the new one too. And even though maketoys version is bigger and mp scaled I don't feel that takes away from the charm of code. He's an awesome figure scale aside.

    Looks like he can give himself gorilla arms, haha. This is a triple changer I have been looking forward to for a long time. I think it's because he has such a crazy ape mode yet still has a vicious looking jet mode.

    If FansProject is taking any requests for the repaints, I'd love to see Apeface done as Optimus Primal and Snapdragon done as Beast Wars Megatron.

    You can send them an e-mail. I did and recommended their Croc figure be re-painted as Optimus from that episode when he was a croc.
