LER-03 is Volar.

 

Love the sculpt. I don't mind the wasp waist. Not every bot needs to be uber-bulky. But I'm very disappointed they're going with a blue torso. I prefer they are all consistent. And this weaponcon is not impressive to me.

 

This is not a good one. I don't like the overall look of this figure in either mode.

 

Obviously folks don't know what a v-taper is. I'm loving FP's designs as much as Planet X's. The drought has ended and i'm gonna enjoy this downpour of dinobots.

 

So far, I'm only liking their Sludge.

 

Of the three we've gotten a good look at, Sludge is the weakest to my eye. Obviously, that's subject to change once we actually get toys in hand, but Slag especially hits all the right notes, whereas Sludge has a great robot mode, but something about the dino mode just bugs me. And I'm also glad they went with blue Swoop, since it'll stand out from other 3P Swoop entries. Variety FTW!

 

Good for blue. I like my dinos cartoon style.

 

Dig this guy, the blue looks good....and if you think its too thin for a guy, request a female face add on, and call her Screech...no, not the Saved by the Bell guy....

 

My favorite swoop has been Animated Swoop. I love how slim he is. Looks all quick and agile. I really like my Caelus but always thought he was too bulky. I'm glad FP's Swoop is more on the slim side. I for one don't want all my dinos to be the same size and build. Variety is the spice of life!

 

Hah, I never thought about it, but it's almost like FP is doing a theme of Middle Age here

So Sludge = Paladin
Slag = Dwarf or Barbarian
Swoop = Archer

Haha, this is so cool, I am loving this, makes me want to collect all of them.

 

Man all that makes me love it more! Swoop is probably my least favorite but even then I still think it's looks amazing and can't wait to own it.

 

Any news if Fansproject will have a red version of this?

 

You never know! We probably won't hear or see anything on alternate colors until they get released or about ready to get released.

 

I am ok with either red / blue chest (prefer red thoguh), but one question I have on this and slag, will the dino eyes really be blue, because Columpio has red dino eyes.

It's funny, but I am actually more excited about this one than their Slag  . Just hoping there will be 5mm ports to attach guns on the bottom side of the wings, even if the guns aren't included for that region.

It's almost got a gundam 00 or build fighters look going on. I think it's the legs. Nice looking, but again so far from what swoop looks like in my head, it's a purchase pass.

 

Looking forward to this one. Damn you fp for bringing these out. As if one set of dinobots wasn't enough I'm looking at getting three distinct set.
