Does your tracking number start with CJ or LN? I've ordered stuff from the US to Ireland that went through USPS and the ones with a CJ tracking number gave full tracking details, were as the LN one only showed as far as the facility in the US and after that it doesn't give any info. There may be other prefixes to the tracking numbers but I'd imagine it all follows the same rule.

You can always try contact USPS for info on it, it has to be by phone though because their online form requires a US post code and they do not like you talking to their staff and have a labyrinth of an automated system to get through before you get anyone.

 

its pretty common for international packages to be slow. One of my customers had an order that took 6 weeks to arrive from the day I dropped it at the PO. I think that was from US to UK.

You can always contact them but most often they will just tell you they cant do much once it enters a customs facility and they only way to avoid it is to pay for a more expensive type of shipping.

Nearly every international shippment I have sent with tracking pretty much stops tracking once it hits customs says its in transit with no other info until it arrives at the customer.

The funny part about this is when it goes the other way say as in international orders into the US i never had these kind of problems. I think people shipping into the US have more options than when we ship outside the US

 

The Chicago facility is a customs facility which means it should go from there to its destination, but a month is a long time. Send me a Pm with the name, ordering info, and the tracking and I can give them a call and see if they can update us.

 

Are these still available? I understand there is a waiting list and I'll only get a set if you have cancelations so how will I know when they're avaliable?
