I saw that picture too, and I wasn't sure what it was...

Oh, and technically TFFPC teasing an Omega Supreme was a misunderstanding. They are a fan club, who was talking about the Meng Badi Omega Supreme on their web site.

OKay, I checked it out again, here is the translation from what the TFFPC said in the weibo post with the picture:

So by "oversight work" I take it they are helping some company (like Mend Badi) design it. It's "V-Level" means Voyager size. Third quartrer means July to September. Super Battle Pack Accessories? Would be cool if he came with the shuttle boosters or something.

The discussion under the post by the members of the club says it should be larger than Classic Voyager Optimus, who was nearly "d-level" (Deluxe size), and that it's a highly articulated version of the G1 Transformation.

Looks like it has pinned fingers so could be a decent size if anything comes of it.

It just looks like a drawing of the G1 toy. This company doesn't impress me at all

Looks Nice I hope the hip flaps are not structured to break though.

I hope he has a waist joint too.

    The train mode us superb.

I wonder if it's feasible or appropriate to make it so big it fits on MMC Traintracks - I would guess that would make him to big unfortunately.

I wonder if one day a 3rd party will think it's worth making an MP style JRX.

Look again - you will see it does not Transform the same as the original - the robot arms are above the head and not along the sides - and the train has a kaboose. Different feet too.
It looks like the back end of the shuttle stretches on a bar past the folded up arms.

It's also got to be at least the same size as MP Prowl or bigger as it's got pinned hands.

Has a fun little satellite accessory too.

Since when has looking like the original while adding lots of articulation been seen as a bad thing ?

    ---------

Couple of small concerns - I do hope that is not a gap behind the shuttle cabin area in shuttle mode.
And I would have liked the area around the smokestack and boiler painted black. (I dig the silver behind that part though). I also worry about the landing gear/train wheels a bit.

Indeed, couldn't work out what I was looking at for a bit until it suddenly clicked.

This is a very nice design, defo going on my radar once they show a physical prototype.

Drawing? Haha its clearly a 3d model and has a lot of distinct differences. Glad to know its a voyager, could turn out pretty cool.

Haha, man 18inch would probably say the same thing only deadly serious. :lol
