Won't be anything to regret buddy, you like the proto pics you will like the resin claws you receive since they will just be a copy of the protos.

 

Hey, feel free to release these swords in red for use with the TFC Dinosaur combiner. I bet they would look cool.

 

That is something we discussed, offering other colors such as clear red, blue green etc, but it all depends on the success of the G1 gold styled ones, and also if Megatrons schedule allows it... He is a very busy guy!

 

Man you guys are so talented. I can't wait until you guys get these out - in still on the fence with this combiner though - I'm going to wait and see what Warbotrons's WB-03 announcement is, and also waiting for all of these guys to be released and hopefully buy them all together for a small discount somewhere ...

That said, if/when I pick these up, I'll definitely be getting your guys hands/claws and the works. Looks fantastic!

 

is there a way for us to coat the resin with something to make the resin more sturdy and durable? I've heard some stories about how fragile it can be if handled incorrectly, which kind of concerns me since we have to reinsert the pins myself, which I've never ever done before.

And I want those suckers to last a looong time.  

 

Again, thanks so much for all the orders and kind words, and if this project succeeds (which its looking like it will) and after most of the orders are filled, we will start work on the next project.

Resin is not fragile, it can't really be bent without breakage but its also very strong and durable. It's hard to explain, but anyone who has ever handled resin (lots of toy statues are made of it now) know its not easy to break unless you are trying to break it. The claws will last you a long time even with normal use.

 

I hope there is a way that any tf can wield it. I myself don't own a Colossus.
