Funny you ask brother, I was just wondering about them yesterday. I can't remember the company but I saved the pic from the con. I thought they looked pretty good. Before and After I think is the company.

 

Yeah Before and After is working on the decepticon clones. I hope that eventually Mech Ideas makes them.

 

I skipped your list to look at your pics, when I saw the SG my first thought was that they were the Jumpstarters.

I gotta say that I have a bit of a weakness for the orange/green repaints

If only because they look nothing like Skids and Mudflap and are basically begging to be made into new characters

 

Im actually kinda interested in these now that I see they got rid of those weird looking ball socket hips.

Definitely a cool looking set of figures, maybe Ill pick them up sometime down the line

...but, didn't they just cover the balls with skirt flaps? I could be wrong, but I think the balls are still their and used in transformation.

Either way, I like that they listened to feedback and made changes in a good way. Here's to hoping they don't pull an Ark VIP and price gouge the interest out of me.

 

They switched the balls (which are seen in the upper thigh) with a swivel joint (like MP soundwave), unsure if the part under the skirt is ball jointed too but I believe he was referring to the unsightly ones that are very obvious on early prototypes in the thighs.

 

I honestly like how they look as the bayverse twins. More cloudraker than fast lane. I don't care for that head on bayverse version at all.

 

Looking good. I'm eager to see coloured test shots.
