Looks like it's there but I haven't seen anything were there's a sticker is covering it.

Have you tried peeling the sticker off?

I started but it didn't look like it would come off with damaging the box and hologram if that indeed is one

Is your question "is my My MP Red Alert a KO"? There is a easy way to check. The Non Ko Red Alert has kind of slanted eyes almost like a triangle at the corner of the eye. The KO has more of rectangle eyes at the corner. Some say the KO improved on the eyes/face. Also the KO spoiler often dosn't lock in well in car mode. I have both KO Red Alert and Sideswipe and I like them a lot.

Does the bumper read "Cantach" Or "Countach"

Handy guide for KO MP-12/14 spotting here:

Look for posts by Dawgstar. There is even good info if you are the MISB type.

How much did you get it for? If you paid $40-50 for it MISB, it's very likely a KO. The hologram means nothing. My KO RA box had one too.

I look at the link above and since I am a MISB collector I couldn't really open him up to look but in looking at the hologram comparison it looks like I do have a hologram and the font and coloring match up with the what's listed as real from the thread.

Either way... I think people are going to have a heck of a time trying to resell authentic MP's in the future...

Oh yah, forgot about the wavy line on the hologram. Here is the link for the RA differences. Top two pictures should help you

fully agree with this! as i have already said these ko's are going to end up killing the line.. i bet give it 2 or 3 months and we will see the prowl ko start to flood the market as well ...the more people support this the more its going to give the person/s an incentive to knock them out quicker as they know its easy money

I doubt that this actually hurts the line. SS, RA, and TT have been long discontinued by the time these hit the market.

The only people who this effects is the aftermarket and that really doesn't hurt Takara.

If this had happened to Starscream or Grimlock, Takara would not be doing an additional run of those figures like they are now. Not only that, but if this keeps happening, how many people are going to pass-up on the authentic release and wait for a KO? And those are just the 2 examples I can think of off-hand... it definitely hurts... no ifs, ands, or buts.
