BRUTICUS!!!! Finally!

 

oh my god, it is BRUTICUS.

I am liking them in Robot Mode and Vehicle mode, FANTASTIC, all 5 of them. The size is nice too. The combined mode, it would like to see some improvements, but I think it is too late.

Recommendation for combined mode to consider
- The Arm joints at the elbows, if you can make this not visible, it would improve your design a lot. Check out the Feral Rex from MMC, there joint is hidden / different, and I think the TFC Ares as well.
- The Back Cannons Extending and becoming longer, in case it is not already implemented.

Anyways, if you price is good on the individual bots and quality is descent, I will get Blastoff for sure, and probably the Vortex too.

Anyone that thinks this is TFC is seriously not paying attention, they never do accurate headsculpts.

I'd say a little bigger than an extended Herc. I can so live with that.

What excites me the most about this (apart from the utter G1 perfection and MP style) is that they look really far along already. I'd love it if they pulled a Fanstoys and put this out soon.....all 5 of them.....

I can't stop looking at the pics, I'm like a 7 year old looking at catalogue pics again!!

 

BIGGER IS BETTER and here is the Proof! OMG I don't know if its TFC or a company modeled after TFC but it has the resemblance of their work! I can't imagine anything competing with this and that is a rare statement coming from me!

 

ummmm...WTF?!?! looks like it may be the best 3P combiner EVER....from an unknown. feral rex...you have a contender for that throne if indeed you get it.

EDIT....upon closer inspection (wow wow wow!!!) this has already now FAR exceeded my excitement for feral rex. that is sayign something!!

 

Well, nobody's tried Bruticus given FansProject/Hasbro both went into that arena.

I'm glad SOMEBODY went "you know what? We can do better."

Let's just hope it doesn't lead to umpteen Bruticii.

 

1) Resolution of the pics is not high enough to judge the accuracy of the head sculpts.

2) TFC does fine work on face plates. I see at least four heads here with face plates.

3) I was paying too much attention on TFC's signature giganto hands.

 

I may actually buy this if the quality is good and it looks good with Giant.

And this is exactly how third parties should start off. No silhouette bullshit, no teasing bullshit, just show us a good product and people will like it.

 

This is indeed big. I cant wait for more details on Blast-Off and Vortex!!!
