I believe that is a prototype molded in color but not painted. He might have more details when completed

I am glad they did not go with red and green. It's such a bad combination. Glad to see that the foot can pivot.

 

I hope he is designed by the same team doing the headmasters. Their transformation has been amazing. (I realize this doesn't exactly address your question if it means a new line).

 

well those arms look like what was used on Smart Robin, plus the Function X team seem to like the more lithe designs...so I'm thinking he's in the Function X line...and that has we awaiting that pre-order button!
