    They're here! They're here!

    Few quick initial observations:

    - Hands pop off a little easier than I would've preferred
    - Elbows are quite tight - not scary tight, but enough that I need a few fingers to bend them.
    - The arm piece that the wrist connects to on Gears is a bit looser than Swerve's
    - The MFB is SO COOOOOOL. For those that don't enjoy model kits though, the tiny green/blue/orange pieces won't be fun to attach (total vacuum bait, if you drop them). That said, everything pegs together quite well.
    - Gear's head is easier to move than Swerve's - I have to pull Swerve's chest forward to really move his head in the position I want it to.

VERY pleased with this set though. They feel like smaller, more adorable versions of the Mech Ideas Jumpstarters - "simple" to transform, but effective, dynamic and with some character to them that make them stand out compared to other figures.

So I told a friend that my Swerve was in New York and he said he wanted to read that comic; ie The Adventures of Swerve in New York.

Thanks Lbssamills for that mini review on these! They sound pretty cool. Thanks to for the heads up on the; wrists, small parts, ext. to look out for.

Sounds like those wrists are not an isolated incident... Do you think that this is something that can be improved upon by adding some Future Floor Polish?

    Thanks again for the review!

Sure. Yeah, I'm certain future floor polish, clear nail polish or the other methods used to tighten joints should help tighten up that piece if it's a little floppy like it is on mine.

    Gents of the Chimungmung watch:

Genetic (Masterforce.co.uk) has posted some useful info in the UK thread about these guys that may inform your purchase choice. He's a retailer so he'll know. I've picked up my second set through Kapow as that seems like it will be it for the UK at least.

Yeah, that's why I offered the info out there. BBTS and TFSource aren't likely to accept a preorder without knowing they have a decent amount of stock coming but Morg is a retailer and certainly knows what's what with the Euro market. I was expecting Chimungmung to have put it up by now so let's see how that plays out.

Yeah, you have to figure people are paying $35 for the official swerve on ebay, so you may as well pay the same price for one you prefer.

Fair enough, they've just gone up on Omegalock.co.uk for £58.99 but that does include the MFB.

If Action Robo get another batch of these anyone think that initial price is likely to be a one off?

What's up with AR's tracking? I see people reporting they are getting shipping updates and the only thing I get us it's left HK and then I go to USPS and all they have it's being prepared at origin

Don't worry. I believe all of ours did that. Once it hits the states, you'll get more updates.
