    Yeah, same. This is one of the earlier third party figures I missed out on that I really wish I could've gotten, this or the black remold. I'd definitely be down for a reissue.

    I would have bought the add on kit only UK distribution on the white Optimus was so terrible I've never seen one cheap enough to warrant buying one to scrap it for parts.

    Always loved how the wings look like hands. It's a neat touch.

    Count me in for a KO of this. I'm interested in the figure, but would love to see it upscaled.

    I don't object to taking one appart - I'd just rather not do it to a brand new one I had to pay a huge premium for - I'd rather hope to find one cheap and come back to the idea later - perhaps I will buy the kill and store it until I can find a white Optimus at a less than eye watering price.

    Especially as I'd want 2 of them (one to keep in normal white Optimus mode).

    I just got this guy from a fellow board member for a phenomenal price, well below retail. He’s amazing, so glad to finally have him. I still hope we get more Nova Prime figures from companies in the future, but this is a great piece to have. I did remove the backpack kickstand and shoulder pauldrons for a sleeker appearance though, and put them in a bag; won’t be transforming him anyway. It took me a few hours to install the amber pieces. You guys weren’t lying, some of those were a pain in the ass, my thumbs are still sore from the push tool.

    I kind of want to 3D print larger feet pieces for the stock feet to attach to. I saw a custom from years ago where someone used Gundam pieces to make larger feet and knee pads for him, and I wanted to replicate it with 3D printing. But idk when I’ll get around to it

    Hey folks, new here and TF collecting amateur. Got a Hyper Novae years and years ago, let it sit posed for awhile, took it down to mess with it today and one of the leg joints broke. Anyone have issues with the joints getting really rubbery and less strong over the years? Also, in what way could I fix/replace the leg joint? Maketoys seems almost dead and is weird about contacting nowadays.

    Not sure if I can post pictures here yet, if I can I'll update the damage.

    The red circle is a break point. Detached from the cog wheel on top. Tried to use a little super glue, wasn't strong enough, maybe need a better brand?
