If this is true, not-Ironfist is so bought. iGear needs to get off its ass and release Presser/not-Impactor already.

 

Am I the only person who isn't bothered by the whole silhouette thingy? I love a good teaser me. Ignites the imagination and keeps me guessing!

Good to see someone is finally taking a crack at making one of my most favourite characters of recent years. I'm psyched. I like the chunky proportions. Hopefully the full reveal will show us something awesome.

Fingers crossed the price tag isn't too outrageous.

 

People get too worked up over the whole silhouette thing. If the figure gets made, good, we get a (hopefully) cool toy of a character who otherwise wouldn't get one (and my wallet is lighter for it). If the figure doesn't get made (either the 3P doesn't come through and/or the whole thing was a hoax; jolly good joke), oh well, my wallet is better for it and there is always other stuff to get; no harm, no foul.

 

The silhouette thing bugs me a bit, actually. That and blurred out prototype pictures. It's just very played out.

Well, I'd have liked an Impactor before Fisitron... but I'll take what I can get! Will definitely wait to see some prototype shots and price. I agree about the bot mode looking a little too chunky... As much as I'd prefer Mech Ideas to supply me with all of my Wreckers, I won't take the chance on waiting for their Fisitron. Hoping this company makes a great figure!

And someone needs to give us a damn Impactor!

 

Whatever another project I'll get excited when they've got more to show. I'm burned out on blacked out teasers.

Nice, and seems to be a decent size too (not quite Deluxe nor Scout, but somewhere in between, which befits a stocky character like Ironfist/Fisitron). Really dig the details of the tech drawings so far, and lightformer cannon being included is great. Hope this project sees the light of day.

BTW, so it's called M5-01 Gauntlet. Cool name.

 

Just checked out a review for him and while the original was slightly pudgy he wasn't nearly as bad/good as this guy is. Personally I'm liking the look of this version and plan on keeping an eye out for more info on him.





Now if only news of Impactor would start being released.
