I am really liking the throttlebot, but something seems off with the prime and I having both hardbone and code, The engineering on code just seems neater. As that was one of the big draws for me for the line I have to say I think I am happy with smart robin.

I have to say that I am more surprised that no one is commenting on the fact that they seem to be announcing the dino bots.

^No one is commenting on it because it's old news.

I thought it was a " I heard they are going to do this" rather then a "we are going to do this" type thing?

    Chase looks amazing.
Brainstorm, eh. I'll stick with FP's.
Optimus... The clear winner. There went $100.00 in a flash. And I'll be glad to see it gone. He'll look great with my Megatron. (Hegemon)

Wow. They really do GREAT work. I love that Prime's wheels can turn. I mean, seriously, it's such an unimportant feature, but they included it. Damn.

ennnhh - he looks aiight maybe they will make some improvements to him. aside from how he handles the door panels where classics/henkei Optimus mold does - this guy isn't quite there to dethroning that classic/henkei Prime just yet.

hate to say it but I agree. I hope they do some more tweeking to it.

good but I hope not exactly the same size. I kind of like Megatron being a slightly bigger than Optimus......

Yeah I'm glad I never jumped in on the Throttlebots - their Rollbar was tempting because he resembled the traditional Throttlebot design, but everything since has been way off the mark. Not bad figures as such, just not a unified team design as I would have wanted.
This Brainstorm is leaps and bounds better looking than FP's, and I love the MP size and more G1 looks of TW's Headmasters so far... Still reluctant to bite without seeing what their Chromedome and Highbrow may look like (trying to avoid another Throttlebot situation, see above).

No interest in Prime as I don't read the comics, but it does look like a great Optimus figure for those that want it. Turning wheels = awesome!

Honestly if you look at all their pages, you will never see the word "Throttlebot" anywhere. They never claimed they are "Throttlebots", they are the "T" series. The word "Throttlebot" been a fan association we use to explain the toys. Yes, they seem to be basing the color and head-designs after Throttlebots of 1987, but these are mostly original designs. These are modern Deluxe sized toys with modern alt modes.
