Props to LazyAza for the picture and all the assorted folks who pointed out that the fembot shown on MMC's April Fools' Day picture bears a striking resemblance to none other than IDW's very own Arcee.

Since no one else started the thread I figured why the hell not me?

I'm more excited for her than Feral Rex.

Mostly because I can probably afford her. But also because I think that design is badass.

 

Hopefully they ARE working on an Arcee like that somehow.

 

They better announce her official name soon, because "3P tradition" dictates she be called "Notcee" by the fandom and that's a really, really bad idea...

 

I'll likely get her, I've been meaning to sell my PE version anyway. I just wish there was less revealing and more releasing going on.

 

Lol that's great. If she looks like that and an awesome alt mode, I want it. For one, it's MMC and also I can probably afford it

I'll say that while I like PE's Arcee, having MMC potentially releasing one is nice, I'm afraid to transform my PE one lest she accidentally break herself.

 

That's a terrible joke. I do notzi the humor in it.

 

I did a quick google check for her alt mode in comic and couldn't find anything? Maybe I didn't look hard enough. I assume she will still be the car

Thanks for making the thread on my behalf though I'm not sure who was the first to realize it was in fact IDW arcee.

 

Guess my king fu is not that strong.lol well she could be a real nice figure with the mmc effect on her. I think it would be another home run for them. quite possibly decent used too.

 

My attention had been piqued with that first pic of the idw arcee. With that vehicle mode, my attention is undivided. I really hope this is coming.

 

Her butt-kibble looks a lot like the cockpit of the vehicle there.

I don't know how anyone could look at her and see anyone other than Arcee. I mean ... it's clearly Arcee. And the render looks a little too complicated to be anything other than a working model for a toy. MMC's other April Fools renders are on the lazy side - parts form another render plopped onto Knigth Morpher with soem new colors.

However, I don't think I'll buy anything from them until Predaking's out. AND I'll have to see a bit more before committing to this. I already have Valkerie and Delicate Warrior. I do dig this render, but I need more information.

 

Now the question is, do I wait for this or buy PE. Hmmm

 

Get both.  

Heck, get the blue PE Arcee. Or this and PE Black Arachnia for variety.

 

If she's scale accurate in that render with mmc Pred she'll hopefully be quite affordable.

I am a little concerned over the butt flap kibble though, hope that folds up somehow on her lower back since it'd look kinda crap just hanging there. She's probably going to be quite a shell former so they can maintain the more effeminate proportions. Maybe it's like PE's though, base figure where half the alt mode is removable lol.

 

I think I'll stick with my PE Arcee but I'll buy this mold if they retool/redeco it into another female Autobot.
