Best way I found to get them moving on a response is to threaten to dispute the charge with them (assuming you're still within the 45/60 day window). I sent them the first message about my problem and didn't hear anything for a week. Got fed up with waiting, sent them another message re-describing the problem and said if I didn't get a response in a timely manner, I'd file a charge-back against them. Had a response in a matter of hours. Of course, they then spent the next few weeks stalling as much as possible and didn't resolve the issue, so I had to dispute it anyway.

 

I never had an issue with them. It is really too bad that so many others did. I was interested to see where they were going to take the site. Hopefully they still will.

 

What happened to FPC? Easy answer, they suck. Their eyes were bigger than their stomach and they wanted to do so much but gathered it could be done with zero man hours put in to it.

Customer service = shit
Price = same as everywhere else and more to overseas folks due to extremely high shipping rates so that = shit


The only way people will flock to FPC again is if they offer another exclusive. Until then I really see no use for the site.

 

I dig 3P toys, but their customer service sucks (see iGear). That's why I get all 3P toys via BBTS. At least they have great customer service.

 

It took a month to get my warbot bundle, needless to say they won't be getting my business again.

 

Nothing of value was lost. There was zero advantage to actually buying from FPC unless you happen to be Canadian and you want to get the item ASAP. I got Warbot Assaulter from them like, two days after it started shipping, but in retrospect, I would have rather gone with TFsource and save 10 bucks.

 

Well, damn.

I do wonder what's in store for them though. It's such a great "idea" on paper, the whole site is, that I'd hate to see it not reach potential.

I agree with this. The crystals were to be some sort of loyalty program thingy. There was to be fiction put out on three new factions and I assume that would have led in to toys.

Yep, exactly. This really felt like it was going to be a collector's club "for us". Now: Whooooo knows.

 

Just reading this last page and seeing the names and what they are saying...I have a feeling we are about to see the return of FPC. Let's hope their return proves more successful than their last few attempts.

My personal experience with FPC has been flawless so I am basing my opinions with the countless other complaints I have read about them. For that I would love to see them succeed, thrive, and become that thing they set out to become.

 

^i bought every (literally, every) release FPC had with zero problems. But I will never buy from them again unless its an exclusives. Ill pay the extra 5 bucks to know my shit is either gonna BE whole, or be MADE whole with zero hassles.
