} I am so glad that they are follwing through on these wonders. I was also hoping for Not-Stunticons/ Menasor news, but this works for me too. They need a Highbrow, but I'm actually glad there are no signs of Hardhead. The combination of the Walmart Hardhead and Headrobots add-on headmaster is a thing of beauty. The combination of the two looks heavily like the IDW version of the character, and thats just fine with me! Hardhead is easily my personal favorite headmaster, and the incorporation of the others makes me joyuos.
The line art for Chromedome in the second teaser looks much more FP-like then the first, and I would point out two things. 1) This is really the first teaser for general consumption, the first was a (obstensibly) limited presentation of concept art work and 2) Fansproject tends to stick pretty close to the line art. Which is funny in a way because the inital stuff looked much more G1-ish.
outside steel core's trailer these are easily the figure's I'm most excited about that are coming from fansproject. I'm definitely in on at least the chromedome and brainstorm.
Unfortunately, MTMTE's version of Chromedome looks so good to me that anything different from that design doesn't excite me. Might have interest in Brainstorm, but hopefully he'll have the mouthplate. You never know though, the designs can change before final production. Here's hoping!
If the heads are off though... they're HEADMASTERS. Which means that if there's demand, someone can just go and do a third party head for those third party toys.
I believe they said this is a new/different designer from past projects and that it would be "surprising" who it was. They are definitely more streamlined (thinner, smoother) than your normal FP chunky designs, but again, this is lineart. The 3d version may come out differently. Overall these appear faithful to the anime look of the characters.
which is a breath of fresh air, dont get me wrong i love FP's stuff but the chunky manga style sometimes stands out a bit amongst other classics figures but if this are gonna be in the style of say munitioner and Explorer im excited
Every time I see the silhouette of a project from FP I'm always in awe until I see the final product and then I'm put off because it isn't quite G1 enough for my liking. But I'm tempted to pull the trigger on these guys, Brainstorm and Mindwipe are some of my all time favorite transformers and I'll purchase them if I feel they've done their onscreen counterparts 'G1 justice'! Does anyone have any news on the release dates for any of these guys?

Only one missing? There are a lot of mini-headmasters missing. Are you referring to show only characters?
I'm only a little turned off by Brainstorm evidently not having a mouth plate in that preview art. I don't mind the forms being 'updated' or even a little unfamiliar... but to me, a Transformer's identity is more often than not in the face. Stuff like Dr. Crank's lack of visor or Not-Shrapnel's mouth plate grate on me... not enough to keep me away, but enough to make me a little less enthused. ; ) So, I'll just have to hope maybe that's NOT the final product. Of course, I'll live if it is. I adore post-movie Transformers. : ] Tom
umm....well....woulda liked to see the rest of the stun(no)ticons first, but these look nice. I try to remind my kids to do one thing at a time, and not start other projects until they are done the one they are currently working on...but they don't listen anymore than FP does. isn't there someone who is doing an add on to make one of the DOtM helicoptors (that wasn't in the movie--I forget his name) into the double bladed headmaster chopper? One for Mindwipe as well methinks?? am I wrong, or did that fall by the wayside? bucket
