    I agree with that. I don't just display things like statues, I actually like to transform them, so I really don't like partsforming, especially if any of the modes involves leftover pieces with no place to be stored.

    I've argued FOR partsforming for combiners many times lately, but if the Beasticons really are the same as that custom, with all extra bits included, that's just a little too much.
    Feet and hands don't bother me, but wings, crotch, back and more is kinda overkill. Feels like it's cheating.

    You can definitely have a 5 member combiner or include the 6th optional member....

    At a guess MMC might have a different arm so divebomb can form more of the back but I really can't think what else they could mean.

    yeah that's how I handle figures as well, I'm always fiddling with them. That being said, while I don't like partsforming in general, but I really like FP bruticus, even with the massive amount of partsforming, as well as PE reflector, which has parts in parts in parts.

    Parts forming or not i can't wait for this guy, cause they are definately looking great and from hints dropped on their fb page they should be in a really good price point.

    There's a difference between partsforming and a TON of pieces left over that go nowhere.

    Parts forming or not, this looks great. To me excessive partsforming is annoying and what separates 3rd party developers is their execution and the creativity to limit the extra parts. TFC did a great job with Herc.

    You can make a good toy good execution and with lots of extra parts, but you make a great toy with good execution and few parts.
