    Having owned both (and kept Hercules), I care more about aesthetic than size. UT matches the style of Herc better, IMO, and that's why I want it.

    In the end, I don't mind if Razorclaw is a bit bigger than the rest, for the sake of a more proportional Predaking. Also, he's one of the strongest Predacons (highest strength and endurance scores) so it's not too much of a stretch.

    By the same token, I would have liked Hercules a lot more if they'd made Long Haul a bit bigger. Based on his stats and his alt mode, it fits him, and it would have improved the overall look of the combiner considerably.

    But yeah... MORE PICTURES please.

    Scale so About 12" to the head is what I'm taking it as. Though I really don't know any more than the next guy.

    The custom which is where Warlord is based on, is about the same size as TFC's Hercules, and is in-scale with Maketoy's Giant.

    It is said to be based on that custom, and I have seen the pic. I was really just stirring the pot. On that subject, apart from the hands and a couple design cues, that custom looks nothing like UT's finished product. I'm struggling to find any real resemblance outside of the general aesthetic.

    The hands, the very unique armpit cannons, the leg, the feet, pretty much everything we have seen matched the custom.

    The limbs still look kinda small compared to Razorclaw, so if they changed the size I don't think they changed it much.
