Henkei Strafe by itself typically goes for $80-100 sealed. For people that'd want the kit, some might not already own that version of the mold and it might not be worth it for them to put down close to $100 toward it (on top of the separate cost of the kit). And of the people that do, how much of an incentive would there be to buying one if there are 3rd Party technobots on the horizon? It's a niche buried under an even bigger niche. I just don't see it happening, especially since Strafe has been out for a number of years already. ![]() |

At this point I'd still really like to do a Shapeways kit, and now that I've got experience with Predaking and Hercules, I'd really like to return to this project. He's a partsformer in this state, but it captures the alt-mode and robot reasonably well...I even made a plasticine version to see how the leg widening parts would look.... What do you think? ![]() Shapeways: - Hercules - Predaking - Hegemon - FOC Bruticus Building Blocks: - Kreo Optimus - Lego Prime - Devastator & Ironhide |

That's a great concept. And I'm sure many would support it, but it's definitely a risky venture. Good luck. ![]()

If its parts-former, please all I ask is that you make all the parts attach in both modes. aka no "extra" parts. even perhaps, make all the parts form their own neat little "3rd mode" drone of sorts? could be sweet! ps. i have no experience w/ shapes ways and don't know if that would even be possible, but keep us updated!

THAT is a real turn off. However, if it does indeed work, I may order one in black so I can turn SG Cyclonus into Misfire |
