Yeah for me it would mean skipping Car Crash and T-Bone for right now, giving up on Quakewave 3rd run and also MT Chaos Paladin. Tough choice, but I think my lack of display space for something as big as Genesis and Quakewave being near the top of my wants seals the deal. I could probably live without Chaos Paladin and CC and TBone for right now.

That said, Genesis would look pretty cool on the back of my desk next to Matty Voltron, MT Giant and soon FP Bruticus. Genesis is a spectacle.

 

Since owning him, I've come to the thought that there's literally no company that can produce a product that surpasses Genesis for the same price point and at the same scale, nobody. Like you say though, the only company that could match it is Planet X themselves and hopefully it'll be through Trypticon  

 

Luckily it seems there is still a healthy stock of Genesis so there is time to save. No birthdays or holidays coming up though, and my annual hiatus starts in a few weeks (work in sitcoms, so its awesome to have time off, but sucks to not have my normal income for a few months), so I'll have to drum up some extra freelance editing work to try and buy one. RK has almost 400 units, and if those have lasted this long I can't see that supply depleting for atleast several months, not to mention however many Captured Prey has. If he still has some by the time I can save for it, I'll definitely go through him, even though it seems to cost about $10 more after shipping.

Damn, that looks very promising. It does look more G1 than WFC though.

 

I am just hoping that the expansion kit will really flesh out the base mode, and not necessarily in a G1 way.

Funny thing how third party Transformer companies are making replacement heads for BOTH. Neither was quite right.

The head I showed is for Year of the Snake Omega Supreme, yes. The pixelated one seems to be for Genesis.

 

Ye, I realized the blurred one was for Genesis. I hadn't seen the YOTS one as well and thought maybe it was for Genesis too.

 

Liking the Genesis head quite a bit- even pixelated. Easy enough to see how it will turn out. Planet X, if you're listening, please include the clear plastic face plate for the new head! A faceplate that hinges to go up and down would be ever better. Just a new face sans faceplate would be half measures. Although I don't like the YOTS version of Omega nearly as much as Genesis, the one thing they got right from the start was the head. Just do a larger in scale version of that design and you should be good.

On March 28th, 2012 at approximately 11:32am he welcomed a 5.5lb bundle of joy into his collection, and has been too busy to post.

Having spoke with him last night, I can tell you all that he is extremely happy with his new addition to the family, and looks forward to another bundle of joy from Planet-X.

blue eyes would be nice & G1, rather than red.

This is one instance where blue LED eyes would be awesome

 

Except every other part of him has orange/red light parts.

In game his eyes are just white.
