I broke one of the shoulders on one of my Diesel way back in the day. Not sure if it was the plastic quality or my hamfistedness. And on one of my breakdowns, the tabs that hold the gun in alt mode broke when removing the gun. Those were the only issues I had. FP sent me a new arm to fix diesel, and I was able to glue the tabs back on breakdown and trim them down so it wouldn't happen again.

 

My figures have held up well. Trailer tabs not so much

 

I'd be happy to trade mine around though I'll warn it isn't entirely complete. Looks like there's supposed to be a flip out "handle" for the chest gap filler to make the shield a little bigger, and I only have the molded black variants for things like the bicep and the chest fillers

Any chance anyone is willing to sell the full rifle assembly for Diesel/combined mode? It's all I'm missing from my set. Or perhaps someone could point me to some 3d print files for the parts by chance?

 

I transformed Diesel into robot mode last night for the first time in maybe 7-8 years, damn thing is still a solidly built figure, albiet kinda fiddly in spots, particularly those shoulders. Need to get a group shot with the other bots transformed alongside the Legacy Stunticons.

 

The design it's still way ahead of it's time.

I can also see the legacy commander Motormaster taking some cues and inspiration from it (albeit by simplifying some of it)

 

I hope they continue the alternate version for Quantron.

 

I've been moving my collection into a few Blaliden displays over the last week or so. Last night I moved both Intimidators. I have to say, the G2 version sucks. Every joint is loose, the cars barely stay on the legs. Since its so loose, he barely stands on the glass shelves as they failed to add the non-slip strips on the feet this time. I've had to wedge him in between other bots to make him stand. It really is a shame after waiting so long to get him.
