Collection Count: ??? Who has time to keep count when there's more to buy?
STAFF EDIT: Stay on Topic.

On topic, Do pre orders usually take this long to come avaliable after seeing the prototypes of the fighures??? I have the money now and I'm too tempted to buy other things with it.

You can never tell with FPJ. The first time we saw Assaulter was literally years ago. The first time we saw Steel Core was a good year before he came out. Conversely the Deluxe insecticons were shown for the first time this summer and are already up for preorder (though they are just retools accounting for their quicker turnaround).

In short, there is no "average time" really. They're ready when they're ready. It's very possible that there will never be a preorder, they'll simply go directly to "in stock."
Let's make lists of things we plan to buy and stand next to each other!

Thank for the 411. ArtFeather BB is the only 3rd Party TF that I've bought so far (and yet to have a shipping notice or any other notice for him yet), I budget myself every month and want to make sure that I don't go over budget too often which seems to be very easy to do for me when dealing with MP's and 3rd party.

I wish I could give you better info, but FPJ seems to play things really close to the vest, reluctant to give out specifics until they're absolutely sure. Which is certainly admirable (iGear does the opposite and posts release dates that are made out of wishes and fairy dust) but is sometimes frustrating.

They said October, so I would start trying to put away $90-$190 around then, but experience tells me it'll slip until at least November if not next year.

Hush yo mouth Billzilla that would be a nightmare for me! I'm terrified that Menasor, Arielbots Sixshot and Toyworlds Optimus, Broadside and will all come out on the same day instock.

Those digi bashes look great!

I get the felling I'll be buying this set twice like Superion. The indivdual bots look too good.
Now, you listen here! He's not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy! Now, go away!

I think that works better as Dead End than Wildrider. Both car and bot modes.

Of course, must give huge props to NECIO for making Breakdown his proper creamy goodness, and not pure snow white.

NECIO they are some sweet digibashes. Fingers crossed the finished products have similar colour schemes.
