not happy razorclaw will be that much bigger... how to explain Ultra Razoeclaw towering over Voyager Prime or even Hegemon? something to consider for sake of my wallet at least

I think the Hasbro designers are some of the very best in the world, and I would love to see them bring their A-game to any of the products they bring to market, and I would like to see the designers cut loose without managerial interference, but I realise that company has different concerns and priorities. I feel we serve two very different markets.

 

I think Razorclaw is a necessary compromise for the gestalt version to be better proportion. Razorclaw has to be bigger, how much? We'll wait and see.

 

This is the 3P project I am most looking forward to now.

Then it's probably Hexatron...so go go MMC.

 

These are going into my mixed mp/3p/classics collection, so he'll be with mp megatron, the mp seekers, tfcc runnas, hercules, fp insecticons, pe reflector, new mp soundwave, hexatron and quakewave etc. he sould fit right in there...

I agree with you about Hastak engineers and talent vs restrictions. I also think they so get to show off their complete talent with the mp line. This is good for 3P groups currently because their focus is on classics.

The battle should become more interesting when the shift to MP is made by the 3P groups.

 

The combined figure, even though its just a silhouette, looks amazing. These really might be worth it. And I read Feral Rex is about 12.5". Perfect size imo.

 

I just gave Hexatron the boot in order to double up on feralcons. Sorry cenokibble, I know hexatron is your avater. but in the end MMC is making more money from me anyways.

this will be my definite predaking in my collection , if the final product has little QC problems (unlike herc)
i will instant purchase all future releases from MMC like hexatron and nova prime , the reformatted line is looking great !
and strangely enough i am more excited for this then fansproject menasor ,
looks like i just found my new favourite third party group lol.

They are both great pieces, I couldn't NOT have Hexatron, but he was the first character I worked on with MMC so he has a special place for me. And he's awesome. But so is Feral Rex...argh!

I preordered both Ferocicons faster than you can say Predaking. I am loving the early bird discounts, but I will wait until all 6 members are released and see if I can score another combiner. MMC simply can do no wrong.

I think I'll be putting all the CrazyDevy parts on my G1 Predaking to tide me over in the meantime.
