First look at Fansproject Menasor, Insecticon Repaints, Assaulter

Man, I remember seeing the FP Insecticons at BotCon '11 and thinking aloud that I'd love to see them in "deluxe" colors. Then some random chode came up to me and said that they weren't being repainted as the deluxe Insecticons. I wanted to punch that guy in the balls. But now all I need to do is say HA HA SUCK IT on the internet.

I hope the not-Stunticons are the same size as Maketoys Constructicons. With not-Motormaster being much bigger than the rest so that not-Menasor will be the same size as Giant.

Great stuff! Broadside is the one I'm most excited about, I love that design and the size is perfect!

The Deluxe Insecticons are awesome too, they'll definitely be bought. I hope Venom gets a release.

The Stubticons look interesting, I'm sure I'll be more into them once I see all five and in color. But it's gawdamm MENASOR, so that's awesome enough for me!

I just hope that Maketoys and FansProject work together in their gestalt releases. I'll be annoyed if I pick up Maketoys Not-Constructicons / FansProject Not-Stunticons only for Maketoys / FansProject to release their own respective versions later down the line. Especially if the engineering severely overshadows the other.

Oh, and the first two not-Stunticons appear to share molds for parts of the robot mode skeleton. But car parts and outer robot mode shell are obviously completely different. I saw vehicle mode pics of not-Dragstrip and not-Dead End. Dragstrip is a futuristically-styled racer, and looks cool as hell; there's almost no way he shares a skeleton with the others.
