Jesus H Christ! Did you check to see if the second order had a different ship to address? I wonder if some one hacked your PayPal?

You might have been INVOICED that amount, but unless you actually paid for it yourself, it's impossible for them to have a payment processed without your consent.

When you paid on PayPal, are you sure the currency wasn't set to "Gold Bars"?

I concur... that's the one nagging problem I see with this thing. When so many people have solved that problem by putting some of the kibble on the backs of the legs, I don't know why they'd go this way... except that it requires slightly more moving parts, I suppose.

Heck, Hasbro should have gone that way in the first place. :redface2:

That threw me off too... I might almost prefer it to be an upgrade kit... but for the price, I suppose you might as well get a figure to go with it. :)

I think the photo is just an awkward photo mock-up. It wouldn't really make sense to upscale this guy that much at all.

The bad news is that iGear Bumblebee is not coming. The Cliffjumper project got cancelled, and the Bumblebee was just a variant of the same project. From what I've heard from the designer, it's just not happening, sadly.

Possibly iGear is getting cautious about competing directly with Takara's new MP line? Or maybe they're just sticking to cheaper, simpler figures like the Mini Warriors line.

That is really, really weird. I've been buying from Tony at Chimungmung for years, and never had any problems. Sounds like a freak occurrence, but I totally understand why you cancelled your account. Better safe than sorry and all that.

No, it's still listed as a preorder at the stores that are carrying it. To quote the sellers... "Toy will release on bottom of august ." SO another month.

Here is a preview of the Spike companion.

I like this, but I'd REALLY be interested if they made a white recolor as Bug Bite! Also, a Blue one as Glyph with a G1 toy accurate head.

This is pretty compelling, but I actually like the I-Gear Legends scale re-shell despite its many flaws. Not sure I really need this guy....but darn he does look good!

I'm gonna have to buy this. I've wanted an actual Beetle Bee for some time.
