Gear 4 Toys upgrade kit for Ironhide & Ratchet

Anybody know where I can get these? I'm trying to decide whether to get these or just the custom heads made by Best Toys. The Gear 4 Toys set is the head and the arms. The Best Toys set is just the heads.
