E-mail them again. They are probably still dealing with the backlog. I got an e-mail from them last-last week stating they were going to ship friday last week.

 

This is pretty inexcusable now. It's been two months since these things should have shipped. Everyone should have had one by week 2.

 

few things.
1. Its been a month and like 18 days.
2. errors occur in shipping with every business known to man.. mistakes happen
3. inexcusable is Igear having people preorder an item that takes a whole year to come out thanks to delays.
4. Most people here who have been upset have recieved emails or their items so FPC is doing the work but just taking longer.
5. I can tell you, running a business from the internet is hard even when thats your main job. I've never had 800 orders to send out at one time and if I did, I can promise you it would take me a while to get them all done as well. I dont do it anymore, I only sell here and there on ebay now just for the record.

FP and FPC are not perfect but they are the best 3rd party group out there. And if this makes FPC inexcusable then so is Hasbro for delaying numerous transformers as there is a shipment i've been waiting on that should of shipped July 1st. , Takara for waiting until dec/jan for FOC toys for starters... Maketoys for making us wait 3 months longer for Green Giant, TFC for making us wait on replacement parts for Herc, and finally I guess those of us waiting half a year for Maiden Japan have a reason to complain?

The moral of the story is, relax, these people want you to buy from them again so they will eventually help you or get you your transformer. They arent out to steal your money. The key is, to have patience and understanding. Mistakes happen, how would you feel if people dogged you constantly for you making a mistake?

 

Mine was finally delivered yesterday, opened it up, had a play...corer has no head! Honestly, waited so long fricking long for it to get here and corer has no head :/

E-mailed them and asked for a replacement to be sent out

Hey TJ love the pic of Steel Core, thats some pretty awesome photography skills you got there!! Wish i was able to take pics like that. Maybe I just need to mess around with my camera more. I got a Nikon D3100 which is 12Mp.

 

FPC is still on their exclusive Prerelease of 800. FansProject is hoping to get more to extend the pre-release.

Retail Wave 1 will arrive at E-Retailers sometime after the 2nd wave of direct pre-release probably sells out.

Tl;dr: Yes, it's still too early to ask.

 

Still waiting but they did say they were shipping them last Fri. priority mail so I hope it arrives tomm.

 

I have no horse in this race, but why the "white knighting" for FPC? I mean, if I had preordered this nearly 2 months ago (yes, 1 month 18 days is almost 2 months) I would be pissed. Then if another member here wrote what you did, basically defending them for their shitty service, I would be double pissed. FPC handled this VERY POORLY and in business there's no excuse for that. Look at TFCC- they created alot of bad blood and people wanted to keep giving them chances, until eventually the fandom sat back and went "no, just because you are small scale does not give you the right to fuck me in the ass".

I think its more a case where like 10 out of 800 orders had "major" problems and yet people act like FPC came to their house and kicked them in the nuts and said here's your damn Steelcore. Yes it sucks when delays happen in shipping and the seller isnt responding but people got their items didnt they. Im not saying FPC is the greatest group ever or something. I would be annoyed had mine been late but not to the point of some of you who are lighting up torches to storm their office over it. I truly hope everyones issues get sorted out and Im sure they will. If a bunch of you want to boycott the next release then knock yourself out Im sure someone who missed Steelcore will be happy to take your place.

OR... he can actually carry the whole beastly thing. He's just stable enough to carry the much heavier figure. (NOTE: I'd say DO NOT keep him this way for display purposes. Overload/Magnus is around twice SC's weight, could easily wear his joints out over time. Prop it up with something, or leave it in the later mentioned Turret Mode.)

Got Overload instead of Magnus... but I gotta admit... still looks pretty sweet as a trailer.

No, I not counting those who just had to wait awhile to get their orders. Im talking ones with broken pieces, ordered 2 only got 1, etc (REAL problems). Over 90% of the complaints have just been about shipping times and not get tracking numbers, etc. The fandom is in interesting bunch. We will happily continue to throw money at 2 companies who have compromised our credit cards, 1 who took our money and delayed the product for a year but a new company takes a month and a 1/2 to get something shipped and they are so horrible that people dont ever want to buy from them again. lol.

 

Thats a two way street. Why all the Hatred and attacks over a month and a half wait?

FPC's big problem is that they announced that all the stock was in and would be shipping august 1st. If they had not announced that and just said we will start shipping by August then no where near the complaints would take place on shipping time.

I've waited 4 or is it 5 months since pre ordering Green Giant. I waited 8 months for Igears specialists. I have been waiting 4 months for an order from hasbro through TFsource but the wave revision is still on hold for some reason. Why is Takara taking so long on releasing FOC toys?

So as you can see , those who want to complain on a month and a half are just impatient. I waited almost a month for steelcore, oh well. Sucks I wasnt one of the first but thats just how it goes.

And eventually everyone is getting their emails answered. FPC is trying.. If you have a problem with their P.R. skills and customer service.. Volunteer and help them out for free, I'm sure they'd love the help.

I also want to say, those who have had real problems here , I'm sorry and I hope those problems get fixed but those who had to wait a month and a half and complain about it or had to wait a while for emails returned, well come on.. really?

Try ordering from 3A; a month and a half wait is nothing compared to their track record with delivery times. I quit ordering from their site after a few too many broken toys and up to eight months waiting for delivery.
