And I thought the issues with Mattycollector.com were bad (although they are improving)! Sounds like FPC and FP are two separate entities?

 

i think ill keep steel core for now. i like him enough. id like to see the trailer soon. the bigger question is how long will i keep my classics collection he is a part of.

 

My order #567 and #577 has arrived on Monday but #560 still not reach here. By the way, I lived in Thailand and from tracking no. I know that they shipped my parcel on 17th.

 

How did you get a tracking number?
I emailed them with a request for tracking details about 2 weeks ago and got no response.
My order number is 565 and I live in the UK and yep on the FPC site it's status is still pending....

 

I got tracking number from the parcel not from FPC. So my #560 still missing and I do not know it's current status as yours and status on FPC site are all 3 pending.

Just a point in my mind, it's only 800 pieces (and I'm sure less than 800 orders) and now it's nearly a month from official shipment date (1/8) and they said they are almost done shipping the last orders on 9th while my order 5xx ship on 17th and they told that they shipping orders in priority of order number. What do you guys think about 500 orders after mine are last orders?

For Steel Core, I'm not happy yet since not all of my orders has arrived. But some of my friends are happy to got their SC from me now. LOL

 

Is anyone else getting more than a little concerned (and frustrated) by the total lack of communication from FPC these last few weeks? I paid a considerable amount of money to a company that is now impossible to get hold off and refusing to answer messages. If I didn't know that people's orders were actually being sent out and have received them I would be extremely concerned by now.

What worries me is that FPC can treat their customers as badly as they want, because as long as they get FP exclusives people will still buy from them.
Between the terrible shipping rates, slow handling of orders and lack of communication, this is turning into a real fiasco.
Hell, even igear is better than this, because of their free shipping.

I'm curious as to why there hasn't been any word from them, is the one guy they employ to manage the site ill or something. I just hope when they do eventually reply it isn't in the same tone as their announcement a few weeks ago with another, 'sorry dudes for not replying, we've nearly finished shipping out the last Steel Cores, we would have finished sooner and replied to all our e-mails but our priority has been to work on other cool stuff you may not even want rather than focus on the stuff you've paid for'

 

...just to share, collected order 371 from the postal depot today (postman left a slip through the door yesterday)

I'm based in Ireland, order 371 was left in my basket for a few days before paying, status never changed from 'Pending' in my account.

Although a signature was required, the lack of a shipping number to see if it had reached Ireland (along with the guessing game of 'has it been shipped yet'), and poor (none, to be honest) communication does not bode well for later releases....

 

They marked the value of mine (one Steelcore) as $209 with $37 shipping, hence my ridiculous customs charges. Is it even worth getting in touch with them given that they've dropped off the face of the planet?

 

Yes. More concern than frustration at the moment. I just hope I get my missing steelcore soon or at least know something is being done.

Mine arrived in the land of vegemite on the 27th. Posted on the 17th. Order # in the mid 300s

 

that's so ridiculous it's not even funny.... yes I definitely would get in touch with them.
