Wow. Thinking about it, there could be a lot of appealing recolors of Huffer. Besides his actual G1 recolor/retools (Road Hauler and Pipes), a recolor as Erector or even in constructicon colors... I'd probably pick that up as well. Hmmmmmm.

They did show a black repaint of that toy as a prototype a while back. Could be a Pipes homage too.

I was assuming by the name Shafter, that it would be a take on the character Shaft, from the 1970's Shaft movies. Black detective, so i was assuming it'd just be a black repaint. I'm thinking the only similarities with erector will be in name only...

Once again just a guess.
