This is from April 20, so definitely it's not a news But I completely missed it... maybe there's someone other like me here

How are they going to show them off at Botcon? Won't they get confiscated because they're 3rd Party toys?

Even if it's a proto I think they'd be ok since they're not selling it. Either way, I can't wait!

I feel as though they are treading a dangerous line. I'd love to see this stuff but I am concerned for them falling foul of a vaguery aimed at what they intend to do.

Agreed 100% As much as I'm wanting to see the next big thing I can easily see this reveal + selling pre-orders of their 3rd party toy getting Robotkingdom bounced from Botcon at best. If nothing else with very few dealers bringing ANY 3rd party it could put RK squarely in the sights of Hasbro legal.

TFSource brought a ton of this Hasbro legal attention on 3rd party last year at Botcon, attention it didn't need. If RK is going to fly in the face of the rules Hasbro has laid down I forsee nothing good. The BEST thing anyone who likes 3rd party, including retailers, can do is to keep it out of Hasbro's crosshairs...SHUT UP ABOUT IT AND QUIT SHOWING IT OFF ON FRONT OF THEM....and DON'T BRING IT UP AT THER HASBRO PANEL

If they display preview fingers, I would hope that they are made of sand and turn to dust in the fingers of Hasbro's heavies as they try to confiscate the display .

This man is right! RK is playing with fire. Last thing we need is to wake the sleeping giant. If you love 3rd party stuff like I do you don't want it to go away I would just stop flaunting it in Hasbro face. Clearly they are on Hasbro’s radar.
